Thames Gateway Refurbishments is a division of RAP Office Contracts Ltd based in Maidstone and offering full refurb installations with project management throughout the UK. Thames Gateway has grown to serve the regeneration programme that will develop Business opportunities in North Kent. Thames Gateway refurbishments is managed and directed by Richard Anderson.

 
RAP has been established since 1988 and is owned and managed by Richard Anderson with a team of Projects and Contracts Managers together with an appointed Health & Safety Manager - whose commitment to excellent customer commitment with quality, style and service for office refurbishments has been awarded Investors in People in 2007.

RAP prides itself on the continual commitment to training its employees and ensuring its contractors are compliant to the Construction Industry qualifications to ensure standards are maintained.

 

We are committed to helping you to get the office interior you desire by suggesting ideas for improving your workspace, working with you to create your ideal design, organising and managing all the associated trades and managing your refurbishment project.We are members of the Federation of Small Businesses, the Kent Chamber of Commerce and the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) and Investors In People (2007).
